Ben is a project manager with over 17 years’ experience in detail design, leadership, project management, and risk assessment in design, design & build, and P3 contracts. This includes projects in various sectors such as precast structures, construction support, low to high-rise residential, industrial and commercial buildings, light/mass rail transits’ (LRT/MRT) stations and ancillary structures, Infrastructure, parking garages, water/waste water treatment plants, and power plants. He is proficient in SAP 2000, ETABS, Robot Structural Analysis, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, BIM Process, and Microsoft Projects. Ben has educated over 500 of engineers and students through workshops, seminars, and university courses in the past ten years and managed small to mega size projects such as $1billion Manjung power plant, $300m Canada Royal Milk Plant, and $7billion KL MRT line.

Sandesh is a senior designer with over 9 years’ international experience in temporary work design in residential, commercial, high rise, oil and gas, and industrial projects. Sandesh is proficient with most common scaffolding and temporary support systems such as Peri, Aluma, Doka, SGB, and MFE. Sandesh has designed over hundred temporary systems installed in USA, Canada, UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Hong Kong, South America, Malaysia, and India. Sandesh is knowledgeable in American, Canadian, British, Australian, and New Zealand codes and standards.
Clark Weber, P.Eng.,
Lead Senior Engineer
Clark is a Professional Engineer specializing in the design and detailing of precast concrete.
Clark has over twenty five years of experience in the concrete engineering industry. He has worked on jobs ranging from insulated precast panel warehouses, complex architectural precast, heavy structural to specialty concrete construction. Clark has been involved with several specialty ductal precast jobs – from the Shawnessy LRT station, two pedestrian bridges, and the “800 Yates Street” in Victoria – an intricate curtain wall system using high strength ductal concrete. He has worked on large industrial plants to small detailed architectural concrete projects; each requiring their own level of detail knowledge and concrete expertise. Clark works extensively with his clients to develop solutions that suit their particular production and construction requirements.
Shamim Zubery, P. Eng, PE, M. Eng,
Senior Engineer
Shamim is a 21 years’ experience professional engineer with international experiences in Canad, United States, and Emirates. Shamim has been designing and managing large and complex structural projects from concept design through construction document production – such as super tall towers, large dome (150m dia), long span roof truss, healthcare facilities, blast resistant structure, renovation & expansion of existing residential & commercial buildings. Shamim has worked with top architectural companies in the worl to make the architects/owners’ dreams come true. He is proficient in any types of analysis such as static, dynamic, thermal, and blast analysis. Shamim has reviewed, verified, and approved many temporary structures for construction such as Peri, and Dakota as per ACI 347 and other governing codes.
Paras Shah, B. Eng.,
Drafting Manager
Paras is a civil engineer with over 14 years of design & detailing experience in the Precast industry along with good project execution and management capabilities. Paras is well conversant with a wide variety of leading Precast software, tools and technologies. His key responsibilities are to manage the drafting team, coordinate the work, check the drawings, and ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) process and deliveries. Paras is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, STAAD Pro and familiar with ACI,IBC, UBC, ASCE, and PCI design manual.
